Spots can be the most frustrating and annoying problem. If you suffer from spots on your face you’re not alone in having enough with it and deciding to do something about it.

The more anxious you get about having spots, the more you’ll get spots. It’s a fact that stress causes spots. The more you get stressed about your spots, the more spots you’ll get, it’s a vicious circle.
If you accept your spots and learn to think of them as part of you, something amazing will happen. Your spots will start to go away.
Your probably thinking that this is crazy, spots don’t just go away because of your thinking. But more and more research highlights how the power of your mind has a direct impact on your life and that means things like your spots.
What you resist persists
Just relax and let go of all the tension and anxiety you’re creating around your spots. Love your spots, be creative, you’re desperate to get rid of your spots right so why not try talking to them!
It sounds crazy but some people have had great results doing this. Tell them that you love them, that you know they’ll be gone soon but you also know that they are part of you, and you completely accept and forgive them.
This kind of thinking will probably mean you have to take a big shift in your attitude. Go on just try it and see if you can cure your spots with the power of your mind.
