Having Sports is Genetic but You Can Still Get Rid of Them

by admin on March 3, 2010

If you have spots, whether you like it or not, you will have probably inherited your susceptibility to them from your family.

Ask your Mum or Dad if they had them, or if their parents had them and you will see a pattern.

It’s unusual not to, and if you don’t see a pattern you might be in a good position to get rid of your spots because it could be something in your diet, your environment or something else you’re doing that’s causing them, so you have more control.

If your spots are hereditary there’s not much you can do about that but you can make your life easier and reduce your spots by improving your diet, doing more exercise and not thinking about hating your spots and getting stressed about them every day of your life.

Easier said than done right.

Not really, it just requires a change in your thinking to change simple things like your diet, your exercise routine and your mind set towards your spots.

Don’t give up

Be Proactive

Yes it’s annoying that your Mum or Dad passed their acne down to you, but you can still do something about it.

Your spots are part of you, you wouldn’t be the same without them. If you start thinking like this, thinking that your spots aren’t actually so bad, you might see them going away.

You get more of what you think about. If you constantly think about spots the chances are that you will get more of them.

If you forget about your spots they will start to go away.

Your mind is a very powerful tool. If you are always thinking about how bad your spots are, you’re subconscious mind is picking up on that and finding ways to give you more spots.

If you forget about them completely you might not have the problem for much longer.

Just try it, you’ll probably feel less stressed as a result and we know that stress causes spots and makes them worse.
